This Returns Policy outlines the process, conditions, and responsibilities associated with returning products purchased from Urban Kitchen Appliances.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned if:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The item is slightly opened and in resalable condition

• Original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included

• Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that fail to meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Await return authorization and instructions for returning your item in store, at a drop-off location, or by mail
• Package the product securely and return it according to the provided instructions

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the return is due to:

• Product defects

• Incorrect deliveries

• Transit damage

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of KSH 1000.

Urban Kitchen Appliances is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments that are not properly packaged or tracked.

4. Inspection and Approval

All returned products undergo inspection upon receipt.

Once approved:

• The product qualifies for refund or exchange

• You will be notified of the return status

If the product fails inspection, it may be returned to the customer without compensation.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

If the replacement item has a price difference, the balance must be settled before dispatch.

6. Late or Rejected Returns
